Zuitzerland is a Swiss network state: a month-long residency in May 2025 where builders, researchers and thinkers explored new ways to govern and live together, ending with a summit. I designed the brand identity, then stayed on as the event's designer: speaker slides, agendas, posters, signage, merch and, after the summit, the YouTube thumbnails, so every touchpoint looked like the same world.
How do you keep one brand consistent across a month of events, every screen, print and piece of merch?
The goals
- 01Create an identity that feels both Swiss and future-facing, serious and warm.
- 02Keep a month of daily events visually consistent, with a fast turnaround.
- 03Make attendees proud to wear and share the brand.

The work
One brand, every touchpoint

The brand: Swiss, from the future
A custom wordmark with a sparkle and a little flag folded into its letters, a round “A Swiss Network State · Future Society Sandbox” seal, and a palette from night blue to orchid and lime. Everything that follows is built from these few pieces.

On stage
A talk could be booked in the morning and streamed in the afternoon, so the slides were templates: a livestream layout with room for the camera and the deck, a daily agenda and a partner wall, filled in minutes between sessions.

Around the venue
A month of events means people get lost. Posters set the mood, room signs carried the schedule and a QR code, and stickers spread the brand onto every laptop in the building.

In everyone's hands
Lime for the team, pink for participants, lavender for guests: the palette doubled as a badge system, so you knew who you were talking to. Every attendee got a welcome kit, and the hoodie became the unofficial uniform.

After: the talks live on
Every summit talk went on YouTube with its own thumbnail: speakers cut out in black and white, the title on a brand color, the seal to sign it. Keynotes, panels and firesides each have their own layout, so the playlist is easy to scan and still clearly one event.
